On this page, you can manage your admin account settings.  To do so, simply enter the appropriate content in the fields below:

Assessment Administrator – this name will appear on the cover page of the assessment reports.  This is the person that should be contacted with questions about the report.

Company Name – this is your company’s name as you want it to show on the front cover of the assessment reports.

Email – this should be the email address for the Assessment Administrator.

Phone Number – this should be the phone number for the Assessment Administrator.

Company Logo – This logo will be resized to 100 pixels tall (the width will be proportionally resized as well) and will appear on the front page of the assessment reports.
