Your Company Account Settings

On this page, you can create and edit your company account settings.  You can control the contact information and branding shown on the bottom of the cover page for all reports you generate with this account.  You can use this to direct any questions to your attention and provide the people you administer assessments to a simple way to find your contact information.  In addition, you can manage your email notifications here as well.

Report Branding and Contact Information

Use these options to customize the bottom-right corner of your report covers with your own branding and contact information.

Your Cover Image is Set to Be:
Upload the image of your choice (i.e. your company logo or a head shot) as you want it to appear on the cover page of your reports. Leave blank if you don’t want to include an image on your report covers.


  • Images will be resized to a maximum height of 150 pixels and a proportional width.
  • Image file names must not contain spaces.

To upload an image:

  1. Click on the “Choose File” button and select the image from your computer that you want to use.
  2. Click the “Upload Image” button below. This should open a new tab indicating that your image was uploaded. You can close the tab to return to this page.
  3. Click on “Update Settings” at the bottom of this page.

NOTE: If your image does not upload, there may be a compatibility issue (must be .jpg, .gif, or .png format) or there was something else wrong with the image you chose. You can verify by uploading a different image and seeing if that works.

Additional Content for Report Covers
These four text lines will let you include text-based content on the covers of your reports. Ideas for content here include your name, your email address, your phone number, your company name, and mailing address. Any lines left blank will not be included on your report cover. If you want to include a blank line, press the space bar inside the line you want blank. Each line will support up to 70 characters (including spaces).

Remember to click on “Update Settings” at the bottom of this page to save your entries.

Account Notifications

Your Notification Email Address: 
Enter the email address that you want an email notification to be delivered to when a new assessment is completed.  This will not show on your reports.  If you do not want to receive notifications, then leave this field blank.


Check this box to apply these settings to all clients in the drop-down menu at the top of this page.
